Obituary of Lillian Fliegel

Sadly, our community has last long time resident Lillian May Fliegel as a result of natural causes.  She was married happily for 70 years to her husband Robert who passed away 10 years ago. Lillian is survived by her son Robert and 8 grandchildren.  

Lillian was born in the small coal mining town of Pottsville, PA in a family of 7 children in 1919.  She experienced a wonderful life raising 4 children, traveling with husband Robert to Hawaii regularly, becoming a very active member of the Lions Club and working as a hospital volunteer in Southern California where she spent the majority of her life.

Lillian will be missed by her extended family and many friends here in Tucson.
