Obituary of Mary E Sekich

SEKICH, Mary E., of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Wildwood, IL has passed away on June 17, 2016 at the age of 84. Born to Harry and Hazel Ross (nee McDaniel) February 6, 1932 at Victory Memorial Hospital, Waukegan, IL. She was the only child. A Waukegan High School Graduate class of 1951, she worked for Globe Department store, downtown Waukegan, her 1st job. Shortly after that she married Mike Sekich on January 5, 1952, Honolulu, Hawaii. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Hazel; two sons, Robert and William. Mike husband of 51 years, till death did them part, and great-grandson, Zachary Anton. Mary is survived by her sons, Michael (Teresa), James (Kelly) and a daughter, Kathleen Sekich, all live in Tucson, AZ. Her four grandchildren, Dawn Brigman, Dana Sekich, Debra Aker and Cassie Sekich. She leave behind four great-grandchildren, Lillian Moran, Abygail Brigman, Madeline Brigman, latest arrival, Larkin Crandall. She has welcomed Jesus Christ to take her with him. Mass Service planned Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, at 11:00 a.m. 8650 N. Shanon Rd in Tucson, AZ. A Mass and Celebration of Life Service is planned for Saturday, July 30, 2016, 10:00 a.m. at Saint Gilberts Church, 301 E.
