Obituary of Eleanore Nawrocki

NAWROCKI, Eleanore passed away unexpectedly in her home on May 28, 2016. Born in Buffalo NY in 1929, she was the last surviving child of Thomas and Anna Smyntek. She married Tom in 1947, a devoted marriage that lasted over 50 years until his death. She leaves loving daughters, Michele Bahr and Joanne Crosswhite; grandchildren, Timothy and Katy Crosswhite and feline companion Sadie. Following a 1956 move to Tucson, Eleanore completed BA and MA degrees in Special Education and taught in the Sunnyside School District until retirement. Afterwards she was involved in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish activities and extensive traveling with the 50+ Club and ACES. Many friends will miss her good cheer. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, 8650 N. Shannon Rd., at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2016. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the SEAS Angel Fund.
