Obituary of Helen Meyn Wilcox

Helen Meyn Wilcox passed away on October 30, 2015 in Tucson, AZ at the age of 74, as a result of pancreatic cancer. Helen was born in Chicago to the late Paul and Marjorie Meyn on November 26, 1940. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Albion College in 1962. On June 9, 1962 she married John G. Wilcox and they began a life together that spanned four continents and more than five decades. Helen was a registered dietician and worked at Sloan Kettering Memorial Hospital in New York City. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She was an avid tennis player and hiker. She loved Tucson. Helen is survived by her husband, John Wilcox; sons, Jim, Dave and Mark; their wives, Courtney, Christine and Katie; brothers, Norman and John; their wives, Barbara and Mindy and grandchildren, Natalie, Cassidy, and Tia. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Mountain Vista Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 3601 W. Cromwell Drive, Tucson, AZ.
