Obituary of Erma B Brown

Erma B. Brown Erma B. Brown was truly blessed. She was born in the farming community of Burton, Ohio on April 3, 1931, departed this life on August 23, 2015. She was preceded in passing by her parents, Ralph and Rose Bradley, husband, Will K. Brown Jr., her beloved granddaughter, Acacia Chmielowiec and son-in-law, Rolf Geissler. She leaves behind her brothers, Cecil and sister-in-law, Rita Bradley, Orin and sister-in-law, Amy Bradley, her "Baby" brother, Austin Bradley; and sister, Marcia Boytar. She is also survived by her five children and daughter-in-law, Antoni Chmielowiec lll, Mark Chmielowiec, Jamie and daughter-in-law, Kerry Chmielowiec, Todd Chmielowiec and daughter, Candice Geissler. Erma was blessed with 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends. She was educated in Ohio and excelled in her studies of music, arts, literature and government. Married to Antoni Chmielowiec ll in 1952, they packed their bags and set up roots in Tucson, AZ in 1960, were she resided until her passing. Divorced in 1976. She remarried Will K. Brown Jr. a renowned engineer in 1984 and together they loved and enjoyed 24 years of marriage until his passing. Erma was a loving wife and mother. She was employed with TUSD and with IBM where she served dutifully until her retirement in 1993. In her leisure she enjoyed exploring the back roads, helping others, gardening and spending time with her family, children and grandchildren. We all loved her, she will be greatly missed, and in our hearts we know we will see her again. May God forever grant her love and peace, Amen.
