Obituary of ROSE DURANTE

Rose Durante (Marrano) 91, was called by the Lord to join her loving husband, Salvatore Durante Sr. on December 14, 2014. Rose is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Antonitte Marrano and her four brothers, Anthony, Pasquale, Vincent J. and Frank Marrano. She is survived by her brothers, John and Carmen Marrano. Her son, Salvatore Durante Jr. (Victoria Locatelli); grandchildren, John Durante, Tina Durante and Rebecca McMillan (Lance McMillan) and six great-grandchildren. She spent her life with intense devotion to her family that goes beyond the scope of words. She moved to Tucson, AZ, in 1968 from Buffalo, NY to be closer to her son. She was always there for her son, grandchildren and great-grandchildren no matter what the need. Services will be at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. and to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital .
