Cecil Burl Williams 93, passed away November 25, 2014. Survived by his loving wife, Frankie of 73 years; daughters, Claudette (Scott) Welch and Gay (Frank) Riley; three grandchildren, Shay Pedersen, Devin (Kathryn) Welch and Josh (Stacie) Riley and seven great-grandchildren, Kendell, Leah and Brody Pedersen, Mia and Dawson Welch, Wade Riley and McKenna Harris.
