Obituary of Josephine Buckmeier

Josephine Buckmeier 87, passed away on October 30, 2014 in Tucson. She was born and raised in Winner, South Dakota. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Eva; sisters, Esther, Helen, Alice, Marie and Julie; brothers, James and Joseph and her husband of 59 years, Linus. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Ann (Kimberly). As newlyweds, Dodie and Linus moved to Tucson in 1957 and were blessed with their daughter, Julie Ann. Her biggest passions, besides gardening and reading, were time shared with family and friends and devotion to her church. We would like to give special thanks and gratitude to all of the dedicated and exceptional staff from Fairmount Assisted Living and Agape Hospice. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel. A Graveside Service and interment will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Holy Hope Cemetery, 3555 N. Oracle.
