Obituary of Don H. Jensen

Don H. Jensen 89, of Tucson, born in Rigby, Idaho, summer resident of Lakeside, AZ, passed away peacefully at home October 13, 2014 surrounded by family. He was a loving husband to Bookie, a wonderful father and grandfather. Don is preceded in death by his brother, Jerry. He is survived by his wife, Bookie; his three children, Pamela Bock, Vickie Omann and Don C. Jensen; his six grandchildren, Louie H. (Karen) Bock, Christopher R. (Kim) Bock, Jessica (Korey) Howe, Lindsey Jensen, Jodi (Patrick) Laursen and Jamie Omann; his five great-grandchildren, Nichole Bock, Louis G. Bock, Kassandra Bock, Benjamin Howe and Jonathon Howe and two great-greats, Evan and Natalia. Don was a custom home builder, and plaster contractor. He owned and operated Arizona Prehung Doors. Don had a passion for fishing, boating, camping, hunting and bowling. He enjoyed his travels to Mexico, Roosevelt Lake, San Carlos, Idaho Falls, Montana, Hawaii, Italy and Australia. He was a Tucson H.S. graduate in 1944 and was proud to serve in the Navy on the USS Hancock. Don loved his family and his life. We are going to miss him very much!
