Obituary of Gloria L. Warner

Gloria L. "Andy" Warner, born on September 25, 1933, went to be with her Lord on June 22, 2014, while holding the hand of her husband of 55 years, Emmitt Warner. Andy, as known to all, was a lifelong nurse; even after retirement you could find her "doctoring" someone. Andy is survived by her three children, Christine Hartling (Tony), Mark Warner (Sonya), and Richard Warner (Missy); seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; her sister, Kay Harris; and many, many friends. "Andy was the glue that held us together," her husband stated. "I have lived a life of no regrets," Andy said. Those who knew her would agree. Her Celebration of Life services will be on Saturday, July 5, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at Desert Skies Methodist Church, 3255 N. Houghton Rd., Tucson, AZ. Andy always said, "Don't bring me flowers when I'm gone!" So in lieu of flowers, please make donations to American Cancer Society or TMC Hospice. The family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped take care of our family during this time. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.
