Obituary of Finley Max Stamback

Finley Max Stamback, 89, resident of Willcox, AZ, and veteran of the Korean War, went home to be with our Lord on May 9, 2014. Max was born to the late Charles and Susie Stamback in Halstead, Kansas, on March 23, 1925. He married on June 15, 1949, and moved his family to Arizona in 1960. He lived in Avra Valley with his family for 31 years before moving to Willcox in 2001. A talented home builder and cabinet maker, Max is survived by his bride of 64 years, Jeanene; daughters, Karen (Norm) and Martha (Tim); sons, Kevin (Kelly) and Farrell (Linda); 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; plus many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his seven brothers and sisters; his son, Tim; and his grandson, Jesse. Services will be held at Victory Baptist Church in Willcox, AZ, on Saturday, May 31, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.
