Obituary of Helen P. Sanchez

Helen P Sanchez

July 22 1942-July 18 2022

Our beloved mother, Helen P Sanchez passed away on July 18, 2022 at the age of 79 with her family by her side.

She was born to the late Alex and Aurora Pain, July 22 1942, in Tucson Arizona. Helen graduated from Tucson High. She married the late Henry Sanchez in 1963 living in Tucson all their life and becoming parents to four children (Lucinda, Andriana, Richard, Albert.) Helen is survived by three children: Andriana, Richard and Albert Sanchez. She is also survived by her three grandchildren (Enrique, Alessandra, Olivia Sanchez)

Our mom was the perfect blend of parent and mom. The love and attention for her children was displayed throughout her life. She had an uncanny ability to know exactly how to respond and provide us with exactly what we needed. She had a knack for providing grace, understanding, compassion during moments of challenge. She was the emotional well, that always filled us back up. Her three favorite activities were spending time with her grandchildren, planting flowers in her front yard, and enjoying a meal at her favorite restaurant Mi Nidito. She was a friend to many throughout the Old Pueblo community. Most importantly, she was a woman of strong faith. A faith that inspired her to care for those around her and leave a legacy of love to those who knew her. We know she is exactly where she wants to be in God presence along with our dad, sister, and fellow loved ones.
