Joyce was a simple lady who didn't need a lot of material things to make her happy. She lived much of her life in Pike Township of Indianapolis IN. She was a homemaker and a stay-at-home mom for daughter Rhonda. She supported such organizations as the Lions Club and was a Band Booster for the Pike HS Marching Band. Joyce was a devout Methodist. In the 80's Joyce and husband Ed moved to Florida for about 10 years. Then, in the early 90's they moved again, this time to Tucson AZ to be closer to family (mostly the grandkids!) where she lived-out the remainder of her life. Joyce lost husband ED in 2000 and daughter Rhonda in 2019. She was stricken with Azheimer's disease around 2010 or so and began that slow decline which accompanies that horrible disease. Throughout her life Joyce Elaine (Cullison) Roberts could perhaps best be described as a pleasant agreeable woman who always had a warm smile and a kind heart. She and Ed always accepted me into the family more as a son rather than a son-in-law. She was a sweet lady and she will be missed.
