Obituary of James Buonavolonta

Jimmy Buonavolonta, ’59’ of Tucson, Arizona— formally Ashtabula, Ohio, died permanently on September 11, 2021.

Jimmy was born November 3, 1961, in Ashtabula, Ohio. He moved to Tucson at the age of 12 with his parents (Jim & Mary) and brother (John) where he lived for 47 years.

He was survived by wife Yvanne, daughter Alana, Mother Mary Buona and brother John.

He was preceded in death by Father James Buona, and son Nicholas (Nicky) Buonavolonta.

In his early years, Jimmy was a competitive bodybuilder where he enjoyed spending time in the gym doing personal training and creating his clothing line called JIMERZ.

His next business venture led to owning a mobile auto washing, detailing and automotive repair business where he developed his passion for cars.

He enjoyed spending time with his wife Yvanne of 38 years and his beautiful daughter Alana. He also issued trips back to Ohio where he spent time with his family and cousins.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 4:00 P.M. at Adair Funeral Home — 8090 N. Northern Ave. Tucson, AZ 85704.
