O’Leary, Pierce

Pierce was born in Tipperary, Ireland and passed away peacefully at Pacifica Senior Living Home in Tucson on December 23, 2020.  Pierce, along with his wife Joan emigrated from Ireland to the United States in 1962 and arrived in Tucson in 1971.  Pierce is predeceased by his wife Joan (2013).  He is survived by his brother George, his son Robert and wife Mary Jane along with his grandchildren, Hayden, Hope, Halle, Hudson, Stone, Griffen, and Gage.  Additionally, his nephews Emmett, Kevin and his niece Maura here in the USA and the O’Learys, Ryans and O’Malleys along with many other nieces, nephews and family members in Ireland. In sports, the love of his life was his keen interest in shuffleboard. Those who dealt with Pierce, either at home or in the construction business, both admired him always for his kind and gentle spirit. His loving heart left a beacon of light for all that knew him.

Funeral mass to be held at Our Mother of Sorrows at a later date to be announced.
