Obituary of George Harry Kingman

George Harry Kingman of Tucson, passed away January 14, 2014. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Gerardo) Fuentes; sons, Tony and Marc; grandchildren: Denise, Gerardo, Nicholas and Annalie; mother, Martha Kingman Polanco. Also siblings: Frank, Ralph, Diane (Phil) Cantrell, Rosemary (Rudy) Montijo, David, Ernie (Leilani), Adolph (Amalia), Johnny (Che) and Larry; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Kingman served in the US Marine Corps, where he received many awards and commendations, including the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Palm. He served two tours in Vietnam. He retired from Southwest Gas after 32 years. Friends may call at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Friday, January 17, 2014, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Rosary will be said at noon, followed by the Mass. Interment will take place at Holy Hope Cemetery at a later time. Family requests donations to Casa de la Luz Hospice Foundation.
