Obituary of Dorthea Yvonne Mangum

Dorthea Yvonne Mangum, 62, of Tucson, AZ, went to heaven on October 5, 2013. She was born in Norfolk, VA, on March 24, 1951, to the late Pablo and Wanda Lucero. She was married to Richard on December 26, 1967. Survived by daughter, Christina Horton; granddaughters, Bethany and Kady; sisters, Lona and Judy; as well as many other beloved family members and friends. With over 20 years in business management, she won several awards, including the Gold Plate award at the Desert Nook Café in the Arizona State Building; Over-all Manager of the Year, Vending Route Manager at the Cherrybell Post Office; and the BEP Five Star Award. During her life she loved to travel, visiting over nine countries and over half of the United States. Dottie was so full of life and love. We will miss her greatly and keep her in our hearts forever. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. in ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave., Oro Valley, AZ 85704.
