Timothy Lewallen

Obituary of Timothy Charles Lewallen

Timothy Charles Lewallen was born February 7, 1949, in Tucson, Arizona, and went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 1, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Andrea; and children, Heath, Cody, Ian and Katie; and five grandchildren. Tim owned his family-run business, Cal's Plumbing, along with his brother Keith, which was started by his father, Cal senior, in 1948. The business has served Tucson for 65 years. He and all of his brothers also had a well-known band called the Lewallen brothers in the 60's, which played in many places, including at Dick Clark's Happening '68. He served in the Air National Guard for eight years. Tim was an avid hunter and most enjoyed just getting out with his sons in the desert or mountains, hunting and enjoying our beautiful state. Tim would most want to be remembered by his relationship with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and what was done in Him after he was saved. Tim would say, "But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. That I may be found in Him, not having my own righteousness but that which is through faith in Christ," Phil 3. A Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Chapel Tucson, East Campus, on Monday, September 9, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.--located at Speedway and Camino Seco.
